Good news, well deserved for all. I must stress this though, a 7 year contract DOES NOT mean the show will definitely run for 7 seasons - CBS decide that year by year based on ratings etc. It just means that if the show does run for that long (as I'm sure Heller intends it to) then all the cast are signed on. I thought I'd just clear this up, as i have seen a lot of people on here saying things like 'The Mentalist has been renewed till season 7!' It hasn't, not at all. But do not worry, it is still doing very well in the ratings and looks likely to continue for many years to come. Do you find this valuable?
