Even on the closed captioning theycould not make out what the guy in the body cast said . In place of a word it just made x's and o's. WTF?

My wife and I were also wondering. So much so that I ran to the internet, found this site, and see it is already the talk of the show. We suspect it was something about Red John to shake Patrick that much.
