I know who Red John is! Anyone else have any insights? Do you find this valuable?

Kristina from "seeing red." She's the phony psychic that he can't seem to outsmart. She also tells him something intimate about his wife and daughter at the end - how would she know that? Also the episode is called "seeing red". I think that she would be perfect, and I'm guessing they'll reintroduce her a few times. No one will suspect her, but she fits the profile. Do you find this valuable?

I follow The Mentalist in Spain and last night, while I was watching the episode I went to the kintchen and then I saw it clearly! Oh my God, how couldn't see it before! Red John is Patrick Jane!!! Watch again any episode and you will see it as clear as I saw it last night.. We have never seen Red John, and when someone is about to chatch him or know any important about him... dies... Is it a casuality? I think is not. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

How the hell was he chatting with himself on the computer in front of EVERYONE ? Who killed the guy in Mexico, Jane ? I doubt it. Unless he's superman too. Do you find this valuable?

Don't forget Jane is a mentalist. And don't forget the meaning of mentalist. He is a master manipulator of the mind and the behavior. He could use one of his collaborators as he did with Bosco's secretary. Why where she killed, and how did Jane know that she was poisoned and told everybody to stay away from her? Curious... Do you find this valuable?

I agree! At the end of that episode, Jane picked up the phone and Red John was chuckling down the phone (good evil laugh though!).
Do you think he's some kind of Mafioso type? He used an Italian name when he dated the blind girl, and he obviously had some minions working for him (at times), and he likes Bach (cultured?)?????? Do you find this valuable?

I don't think Jane has any relation with the "Mafia". I think he has any mental disorder that makes he hates himself and he is not conscious of his problem yet. While Dr. Jane works for the public order, Mr. Red tries to overcome his greatest enemy: himself. Do you find this valuable?

Oh this thread is just scary, Patrick Jane is not Red John!!!!! He's always at the office when they get case calls. No way would you he do anything like that!!! He's to sweet :0) Do you find this valuable?

I'm not gay, but I agree with you. Jane is so sweet, so gentle... but I think there's something behind his smile that makes him scary Do you find this valuable?

I have yet to hear anyone else say this theory of mine yet! Surprising lol :) My theory is that the guy who is always the re-creation detective whatever is Red John. I think this because he's in two episodes, the only episodes with any person on site re-creating what happened, and it's only the ones where Red John isn't the murderer. Backing that up is the finale of season 2 where Red John says he hates when people copy him... See the connection?
I'd be so happy if that is correct, because I said to myself while watching the Pilot "Self, I wonder if that's Red John" when I first saw him xD Do you find this valuable?

Well I haven't been one here in forever. xD LOL I know who you mean, he is super creepy. I wonder if he is a copy cat, if he will end up dead too. Your right, he doesn't like anyone coping him. Do you find this valuable?

He is very sweet and gentle. I can't see him hurting anyone accept Red John, and people who are after hurting Teresa, he is very protective of her too. Do you find this valuable?

I think he is Red John himself, keeping an eye on his copy cats... Plus, Jane and him have this natural dislike for each other, like instant bickering! Plus, it is a little uncanny that he is only in the ones with copy cat Red Johns :O Do you find this valuable?

You can see it clearly. In the last episode of season 2. He manipulates the mind of the waiter of served him and Cristina, don't you remember that the waiter and "supossed" Red John says the same sentence? Do you find this valuable?

Ah, not really. Just some mental jogging trying to keep with it while there's a huge long unneccessary break between new episodes :P
