Posted Anonymously	tresa lisbon dress is inappropriate Mar 31 2009, 9:08 PM EDT swhe is a police officer and conducting important meetings with fellow officers. but look at her dress!!!! it is horrible. like a teen ager low hip jeans and tight hug shirt??? will any decent police officer wear that kind of dress?? i am fed up of her dress and stopped watching the episode. please somebody tell the producers to stop pampering the heroine and be practical Post reply 2 out of 17 found this valuable. I know some gov agencies that are very lax-actually encourage the guys to have piercings-tats-whatever to blend in when at different sites-to keep from being identified-I'm not talking about undercover either. At first & at times, Lisbon dresses more formally, slacks-little pumps or lady's lace up shoes-but they got in the way of climbing rocks-sand dunes-walking in the surf-barn yards, etc. Cho & Rigsby have had more than one pair of suit pants & shoes ruined-Jane doesn't seem to care. It most certainly doesn't show/reveal anything. And I don't think that it's that big of a deal. She dresses just fine for her job! Everyone in the unit does! By the way, 99.229.2.103, you spelt Teresa wrong. Her name isn't Tresa! Sorry, I just had to point that out. That kind of stuff drives me nuts! But anyways, she dresses just fine! There's nothing wrong with it. And yeah, the whole her boss thing down the hall... why would she dress inappropiately if he would see her every day? Exactly! It wouldn't make sense! The old cat jumped on the beds & our faces, yowling. The house was full (Xmas) -so my grandsons did some loud cussing because we thought that he wanted to eat. The guy became infamous because of his brutal rapes & poundings. My son was a Coastie-and a official maritime drug interdiction officer-His cutter was in Jamaica-Key West, etc. a lot- The USCG used to demand that the crews looked clean cut, while on shore-even though they wore civvies. They got their throats cut or dissappeared. Back in the late 80s, the crews were encouraged to look like drug peddlers, beach bums, & surfer types.-tats-piercings-navels showing-tramp stamps for the women-dreds-bandanas. When they went to USN bases they, they put bandaids on the ears, lips-got the hair 3'' off the collar-but when they left-piercings-no hair cuts, lots of sun. I was at a NM State Fair booth where some Banditos, a Hell's Angel franchise, where getting some munchies. My son approached with a sailor's swagger-unable to walk on dry land, scraggly hair, bandana, tats, deck knife, shell necklace, & piercings-key west T-shirt-shorts & flipflops. The Banditos said, "Ladies, get behind us-this is a crazy M^#@ F*^#@ from Key West & he's dangerous." I was LOL. He showed them his military ID-they got a big kick out of it. He didn't tell them that he was the arresting officer for smugglers. He said that his cutter had caught a few. I think that other than Key West, that the dress code is much more relaxed in some Southwestern & West coast law enforcement offices-like detectives-investigators Post reply Do you find this valuable?

RE: tresa lisbon dress is inappropriate Apr 5 2009, 4:19 PM EDT \| Post edited: Apr 5 2009, 4:19 PM EDT We thought that the pit was hearing impaired-but when we got the hounds-she responded like a flying demon from outside when I gave the hounds a training treat in the other side of the house. While she's our dog-this has not endeared her. I had to scream to get moving-we had her thyroid, etc checked out- Now she's outside & hears me put a leash on a hound & she's at the door-whining & scratching to go for a walk too. She's a dog that we found chained & padlocked to a pole when it was over 100+. I don't think that she was able to bond with us or care-She has some nasty habits that we can control-but she hasn't been a bad dog. Obviously, she's never tried to bite anybody. The hounds were wild, killing their food-seems that they mostly killed roots & raided orchards. Post reply Do you find this valuable?

This is a fan site-where we get in a snit & foam at the mouth- or smile with glee & need to share our joy. When the neighbor girls asked me why I didn't have posters & pics of stars-I asked why? I found out that I was supossed to show whom I thought was handsome & charming-luckly for me some magazine had a feature on my hero-the girls asked me "Why I had pics of Enrico Fermi?" They couldn't believe it & asked about "learning". I said, "I want to be entertained by a movie. If I want to learn something, I'll read a book and see the sources." Sometimes I think that education is greatly over rated. When they came to my office-they had to stare at pics of treeing coonhounds and one of Enrico Fermi on the walls. Some of their offices became less cerebral. I also carried folders with "Stone Cold Steve Austin" , etc. for my notes. When I taught kids, they got used to having the Green Bay Packers & Boston Red Sox stats & posters. Did you see my photo album of Simon when he was younger? I tried to find some casual-real life shots of him surfing & skate boarding-he still surfs. I like lots of things-life is too short to have a constricted mind- Post reply Do you find this valuable?
