• Jane (to Bosco about going to jail): "It's a new experience, I welcome it."
  
  
• Rigsby (to Jane): "Hey Jailie..."
  
  
• Cho (to Lisbon about Bosco): "You know, he has a thing for you. A sexual thing."

• Lisbon (to Jane): "I don’t need my gun, I can just hit you with my chair."

Jane: "I think you'll find it's bolted to the floor."

• Jane (To Lisbon): "Lisbon will you come visit me? I really miss you... and will you bring me a blueberry mufffin?"
  

• It was assumed Bosco was in love with Lisbon, but it turns out she protected him 8 years ago. Bosco killed a 'bad guy' because he couldn't catch him legally. Lisbon found out about it after the fact and let him off. Lisbon used this knowledge to get Bosco to let Jane out of prison.
  
• Jane is not beneath prison escape. A guard, afraid of mice, backs away when Jane has one in his hand. Jane tosses the mouse in with the guard, shuts the door and then escapes from jail; after having faked being unconscious!
  
• Lisbon is surprised that Cho, Rigsby, Van Pelt and Jane all insist that Bosco is in love with her.
• Jane notifies Bosco of where he is after he escapes from jail. And uses the incoming police sirens to get his confession.
