ABOUT ME...
Hello, my name isDarth Apollyon
I live by many names that have meanings for me alone, like Darth Apollyon and Incognito Doom. However, even these names have some hidden meaning for me, they are mostly for fun.
In real life I am a clinical social worker who has worked with victims and offenders of terrible crimes, specially rape. I have a bachelors in public administration, and have taken credits in criminology. I have dedicated a great deal of my life to study social human behavior, individually as an a group, not only with formal studies but by reading about different things like philosophy, religion, politics and history. When I read about crimes or tragedies I focus a lot on the why it happened as much as the how, where and what. I am very rational and observant. However, when I say observant is not so much on physical details, but more on patterns and behaviors, be individual or socials.
The reason i like the Mentalist so much as it is a challenge to "guess" who is the killer and the why, using only what the show permits you to see. That together with that I will never know if i am right until i see the end, makes it really fun and interesting to me. I just hope the creator is trying to make this as real and logical as possible, and not just wing it as the show goes coming up with a dumb explanation with the only reason to shock everyone, even if it comes up stupid (like in Monk, how disappointing the explanation of his wife's death and the way he found out was. I am sure they could have come up with something much better to present the final plot).
